There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.
A year at our school
The whole school community enjoyed the book character parade and book fair for Book week and open classrooms for Education week.
Our junior and senior band students attended band camp with students from other local schools.
The last week of term 2 saw a visit from Cheltenham Girls High School wind ensemble who held a workshop with our senior band students.. They then came together to perform for the whole school.
On Thursday 2 July, our whole school came together to celebrate NAIDOC Day. Students participated in weaving, aboriginal games, connecting to country, music and dance workshops.
In Week 9 of term 2, our talented dance students took to the stage at the Lower North Coast Dance Festival, held at Port Macquarie Glasshouse, delivering truly amazing performances!
Our school choir joined with students from north coast public schools to perform at the Compass Music Festival hosted by the NSW Arts Unit.
A wonderful show of student, family and staff community spirit in commemoration and respect for those who have served and continue to serve the Australian community. Our student leaders presented a lovely school service at school and again on ANZAC day leading the students and staff along the streets of Port Macquarie.
We officially opened our school Yarning Circle at Deadly Arvo. It was a beautiful afternoon shared with parents, students and community members as we celebrated the completion of this special project.
Harmony day was celebrated by students at LCPS
Congratulations to Barray house on receiving the school swimming carnival shield.
Congratulations to the school leadership team for 2026. Students were presented with their badges at the Presentation day assembly held on 10 December 2025.
